THE PROFESSIONAL

“Good breeding consist in having no particular mark of any profession, but a general elegance of manners.”
Johnson

Today the business arena is highly competitive. It takes more than an MBA to insure corporate success. Companies today as never before are looking for those who have, what our research has indicated, and a higher level of a power positioning quotient. These are skills that must be learned. This quotient is determined by one’s aptitude necessary to successfully interact with their business counterpart in the marketplace while also having the knowledge of any cross cultural differences that may have an impact on their business success. Few realize this, but those who learn these skills quickly rise up the corporate ladder filling leadership positions that are so desperately needed in today’s global marketplace.

This is a one day seminar for the executive without any previous training in business etiquette and protocols. It includes a tutorial dining portion. Highlights of the program include:

• Character Factor in developing trust/transparency

• Making a Positive First Impression
• Polish in Dress/Presence/Body language
• Art of Introductions
• Handshaking/Eye Contact
• Order of Precedence
• Social versus Business Savvy
• Forms of Address
