LEADERSHIP MATTERS SERIES “Through
the cultivation of one’s character, civility can then be
harvested.”
-- Diane Diehl
Youth are a civilization’s future and never before has it
been so important to develop an army of skilled leaders grounded
in high moral character who have the skills to be successful in
all facets of society. The United States was founded on such principles
and many within our society truly have a misdirected analysis of
just what America is all about. This influence continues unfortunately
within academia whose roots have been bred from the European continent.
However, what may work for many of our European friends is not
what America is all about.
Self-determination, liberty for the individual and less government
are the stalwarts of America. Liberty and self-determination light
the flame of creativity through which each man through his own
self-discovery and genius of new ideas can produce a world filled
with economic and social success – from advancements in science
and medicine to the brilliance of the internet. These discoveries
do not happen in a vacuum of government programs or control but
within environments of freedom of thought and expression.
This class welcomes both young girls and boys who are
in high school or in college.
